Estimated delivery is typically 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather or other events outside our control. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kresnal.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help make it right.
